Migration of T7 Cloud Simulation on Saturday, 28 March 2026

The migration will take place on Saturday, 28 March 2026. After the migration, the current Cloud simulation environment will be decommissioned.

Please follow the steps below to adapt your setup to the new Cloud simulation environment:

1. Access the new environment

  • Use the new Launchpad URL to access the GCP-based environment:
  • Your existing login credentials will be migrated automatically, so you can sign in with your current username and password.

2. Create your new Cloud instances

The actions required depend on your connectivity setup. Please follow the instructions according to your current connectivity setup:

Client setup: OpenVPN (Dynamic IP)
  • After starting your new instance, you can download the configuration from the Launchpad as you normally would.
  • No other changes are required.

Client setup: OpenVPN (Static IP)
  • A new static IP address will be provided for each existing Cloud Simulation IP after 28 March 2026 on the Cloud Launchpad site. As of now, you can reach out to your TKAM cts@deutscheomcts@deutsche-boerse.com to receive the new static IPs already in advance.
  • You must re-generate your keys using the "Key Generator" button on the new instance page, then download the updated package and apply the new certificates and OpenVPN configuration.

Client setup: IPSec (Static IPs)
  • A new static IP address will be provided for each existing Cloud Simulation IP after 28 March 2026 on the Cloud Launchpad site.
  • You will need to update the target IP address on your infrastructure for the IPSec/GRE tunnel. Please reach out to your TKAM if you require the target IP earlier.
  • Please note: Participants using multiple static IP addresses will receive the same number of static IPs in the new environment. IPSec customers with multiple static IPs will have all configurations mapped to new IP addresses.

3. Update Cloud Simulation API URL

If you use the Cloud Simulation API, please update your applications to use the new URL:
https://api.cloudsim.deutsche-boerse.com/

Please note:
The instance launch process may take 40 to 90 seconds to complete. Overall startup time will remain comparable to the previous environment. To avoid errors, please do not submit repeated start requests or refresh your browser during this period.
