- New passwords will require a minimum length of 12 characters and must contain at least one special character, at least one number and at least one capital letter.

- When changing the LaunchPad password for any reason, users will be prohibited from using the same password again.

- To prevent possible brute force attacks on Cloud Simulation accounts, users will be locked after 10 unsuccessful logins. Please note that this also applies when using any of the API tokens used for CS API connection.

In case of problems, accounts can be unlocked by the Technical Key Account Manager or by sending an e-mail to cts@deutsche-boerse.com.

Passwords currently used remain valid. However, as of 1 April 2023, all users will be asked to change their password once in order to comply with the above requirements.

In case you will decide to use new OpenVPN version please just download tunnel credentials again and override current config files of OpenVPN. From this moment on, those of you who had early access as beta testers will no longer be able to use the service for free and will be charged the regular rate. Thank you for your help and feedback during the test phase.

Other than a new IP address for those of you who have a static IP address, the service should look and feel the same as before, but with improved reliability and an easier path for us to roll out changes.
